Two Under Two

I have two under two. Yes it gets crazy, but it is so worth it. The first thing people say to me when they find out how close in age they are is, "I am so sorry! Did you just bawl when you found out?" Drives me absolutely crazy. I am not sorry what so ever! Yes I cried when I found out I was pregnant again when Shelby was only 5 months old, but not because I didn't want to have another baby. I was worried I wouldn't be able to give Shelby as much attention as she needed, worried I wouldn't be able to manage two kids, and worried what people would think when they found out we would be having two so close in age. Life was really great with just us three and I was nervous to mix it up. 

Looking back I should not have worried one bit. Yes, the first month or two was crazy. But I think whenever you add a number to your family it will be an adjustment. We had to figure out our groove. Once that was figured out everything seemed to be back on track. I honestly would not go back and change it if I could. 

Shelby and Sadie have the most special relationship. Shelby drives Sadie crazy, and Sadie drive Shelby crazy. But they both love each other so much. It is so fun to watch Shelby "take care" of Sadie. She takes her role as big sister pretty seriously. And Sadie absolutely adores Shelby. She watches every move she makes and smiles when she walks into the room.

I couldn't even imagine what it would be like to not have Sadie in our life right now.

Two under two can definitely be crazy at times. But it is so worth it. These two were definitely meant to be together at such close ages. We love our Shelby girl and Sadie bug.
